Our 2006 Cadillac DTS was involved in an accident. I was on my way to Coulter Cadillac’s Collision Center and stopped by the Used Car lot where I met Glenn Heiser. I had seen an email Coulter Cadillac had sent me and was interested in purchasing a newer Cadillac. He showed me the Cadillacs he had in stock and I told him I would bring in my wife. I returned home and brought my wife in. Glenn showed her the Certified Cadillacs on the lot. She fell in love with a Pre Owned 2008 DTS with low mileage. We took it out for a test drive. Glen figured out the costs and appraised our car for a trade in.
My wife said we would have to talk about it and return at a later time. We only got a few blocks away when she told me to return as she wanted the car. We returned and purchased the car. One reason we purchased it, was the professionalism displayed by Glenn. He did not pressure us and was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will recommend Glenn and Coulter Cadillac to my friends.
Warranty work with a loaner car provided. Very smooth experience and they kept me informed and up to date. Our DTS was beautiful when returned to us.

My wife was promised that the labour to replace our right rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. Seth got to work right away, while I went to the new car showroom and the resale lot to look at supercharged Cadillacs and Corvettes. When I returned, he had finished and checked to see that the new taillight functioned properly. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the labour would be comped on the Saturn because of our previous visit where we had its fuel pump replaced! When it comes time for a respray on our Saturn, I will definitely get an estimate from them and have all of my oil changes done there. This is why they have been in business so long.
Our steering wheel adjustment control was broken. Edward Stralko found the problem immediately, ordered the new part because a replacement was not in stock, advised us that it would take about 7 days and that he would call us upon arrival. The part arrived in 3 days. Edward called us and arranged the inatallation the same day. He was courteous, friendly and most efficient. He is certainly a credit to the Coulter Cadillac organization. Coulter Cadillac has given us a whole new perspective in purchasing from a Dealer for the last two decades we've purchased from private party to avoid the tax and dealer mark up. Just so happened Coulter had the car we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. They are one classy outfit. Treated us more than fair, service was outstanding. They were truly worth the taxes we paid. We had a problem with the window, they not only fixed it but gave us a loaner car so we could make our doctor's appointment. Coulter has been around for years, we now know why! They treat people right!

The reason for the review, however, is the amazing customer service we received AFTER the sale. Our new-sed car was missing headrests so we went back a week later to pick them up. We had traded in our old car days before, and at the dealership, I remembered I had left my favorite CD in the CD player. Glenn called around to see if he could find it (!!) but it didn't turn up. Not thinking much of it, we took our great car and new headrests and went home.
Two days later, a new copy of my favorite CD showed up in the mail! Glenn was under no obligation to replace something insignificant I forgot in an old car, but...do you think we will ever buy a car from anyone else?

While visiting the Phoenix area from Texas, I had a headlight issue and went online to select the nearest GMC dealership to where I was staying. That led me to Coulter, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The service was excellent...I arrived mid-afternoon, and because the work couldn't be completed that day, I was given a beautiful loaner car. The next day, I was contacted when my vehicle was ready -- ahead of the projected time -- and was treated so nicely when I returned to the dealership. When I arrived, my representative, Kent Scott, was busy with another customer, and I must have been approached by three or four other service representatives offering help while I was waiting. The experience with Coulter couldn't have been better, and I thank them so much for taking such good care of a visitor to their beautiful city.

I think I just ran into the reincarnation of The A Team. My purchase of a new 2012 GMC Acadia Denali and follow-up service was executed with friendliness,professionalism and precision. Then after driving them and talking to friends I decided I needed to expand the options, so I went back again and drove an SUV (which is what I have been acustomed to driving. We had our caddy in for some body work and the results were amazing. Without any repainting all of the damage was gone. They also did a detail that brought our car back to looking like new again. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we had them detail our other two Cadillac’s and the results were just as wonderful. One car is black and had bad damage from an amateur polish job and another shop said it could not be fixed without repainting. But after the detail work, it’s looking like new again. We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on. Russ in the body shop really did us right and the price was way less than we expected for the quality of work performed. Do business here and be happy!
