The Coulter Automotive tradition began in 1923, when C.W. Coulter became a partner at Snow & Tufts, an Oldsmobile/LaSalle dealership located at 320 N. Central in Phoenix, AZ. That same year the company was awarded the Cadillac franchise. In 1926, the dealership was renamed "Coulter Motor Company," pointing the way to becoming one of the most trusted and respected family of dealerships in Arizona today.
